Our Staff

The Staff of Hillcrest Kids represents over 100 years combined experience in Early Childhood Education.

Just as individuality is valued and cherished in our kids, our staff members each bring their own unique gifts and talents to the job, and while they are all different, they share a love for kids. Hillcrest Kids offers training opportunities to keep our staff current with CPR, First Aid, and the state required S.T.A.R.S. Program.

We believe that each child needs and deserves attention and loving care; our Teacher/Student ratios follow State regulations.

• Ages 1 to 2 1/2 have a 1:7 ratio.
• Ages 2 1/2 to 5 have a 1:10 ratio.
• School-aged children have a 1:15 ratio.
